Primrose School of Leesburg is looking for a full-time preschool teacher to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans following the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Observe and assess each child’s developmental progress and communicate findings with parents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and school policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers and classroom aides.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
