About the Role:
Primrose School of Leesburg is seeking a nurturing and energetic Toddler Teacher to support children ages 18–24 months in a warm, engaging classroom environment.
Primrose School of Leesburg is seeking a nurturing and energetic Toddler Teacher to support children ages 18–24 months in a warm, engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, clean, and supportive classroom.
- Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Support developmental, social-emotional, and motor skill growth.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Maintain supervision, documentation, and adherence to licensing standards.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in required trainings.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; CDA or ECE coursework preferred.
- Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and meet state licensing requirements.
