Position Overview:
Primrose School of Leesburg is seeking a dependable and flexible Support Resource Teacher to assist in classrooms as needed. This role supports children and teachers across all age groups to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
- Support classrooms from infants through preschool and after-school as assigned.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
- Assist with activities, routines, supervision, and classroom transitions.
- Follow Primrose curriculum and classroom procedures.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong teamwork.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in early childhood education preferred.
- Ability to adapt to different classrooms and age groups.
- Must meet state licensing and background check requirements.
