  • Bring the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum to life through engaging, age-appropriate activities and experiences.
  • Encourage cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth through intentional, nurturing interactions.
  • Create and maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom environment where infants feel secure and supported.
  • Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and school policies with care and consistency.
  • Share daily updates and meaningful communication with families about their child’s experiences, growth, and milestones.
  • Support feeding, diapering, soothing, and nap routines with patience and attentiveness.
  • Observe, document, and celebrate each child’s developmental progress and individuality.

  • Participate in staff meetings, ongoing training, and school events that foster professional growth and community.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.
  • Experience working with infants in a childcare, preschool, or early learning environment preferred.
  • Ability to meet all state licensing requirements and pass required background checks.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness and excitement to obtain certification).
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with infants throughout the day.
Desired Characteristics

  • Warm, joyful, and nurturing presence.
  • Positive, dependable, and professional attitude.
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working as part of a close-knit team.
  • Deep commitment to building trusting relationships with children and families.
Benefits

  • Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • A supportive, positive, and team-centered work environment.
